The coaching sessions, as always, are free of charge; you just need to arrange a lift ticket for the day, and you'll be all set. To keep you fueled for sending it all day, there will be a free 'Toast Party' at lunchtime, including snacks and drinks powered by QParks. As an additional add-on, all girls can grab cool Goodie Bags from our partner ROXY – packed with awesome stuff. And last but not least, throughout the day, all shred queens will be accompanied by a professional media crew to capture all the exciting moments and highlights live on camera, which can later be shared with friends, family, and the online world.

Our Girls Days are all about the motto 'Being there is everything!' We aim to spend a fantastic day together at the Superpark Planai and have a great time.
